At Space Shuttle Party Bus we want you to have the most amazing and memorable party bus experience, however there are several key rules that must be followed at all times. Violation of these rules will be an immediate termination of the trip without refund. The driver has the authority to de-board individuals at the first safe location for any violation of these rules.

1.) NO SMOKING.

2.) NO FIGHTING. For any actions such as fighting, violence, damage to equipment and/or bus, harassment toward the driver, staff or anyone else in or around, the driver reserves the right to terminate the trip.

 

3.) NO DAMAGES. Once the client agrees to use our services the client assumes full responsibility for any damages to the interior or exterior of the bus that is caused by any individual riding in the bus. The client is liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of service due to such damage.

If a passenger should vomit in or on the bus,there will be a charge payable to the driver or charged to the clients credit card.

4.) Fees for service must be paid in advance or remaining fees at the time of pick up. A deposit for reservation date is required to guarantee your event date.

A gratuity is appreciated in cash directly to the driver. Extended times for all rentals must be cleared with the driver in advance and are subject to availability.

5.) DRIVE TIME. Time starts when bus arrives at pick up location and stops at drop off location.

​

6.) LOST or STOLEN items are not responsibility of Space Shuttle Party bus.

​

7.) Cancellations are subject to penalties. If you cancel event at anytime there will be no refunds.

8.) Alcoholic beverages may be brought on board and only if all passengers are 21 years of age and older. Our drivers reserve the right to check identification of any passenger at any time for any reason.

 

9.) Illegal acts and suspicious behavior will not be allowed at any time and will result in termination without refund.
